The universal ceiling fan remote controls kit is UL listed and FCC ID approved, providing an upgrade to traditional ceiling fans by making them remote controllable. It is compatible with most ceiling fan lights with AC motors, although it is not suitable for DC motors. It is also compatible with most downrod style fans but not recommended for use with hugger style fans. The remote operates quietly without beeping and allows for individual control of fan speed and light settings. The input voltage is AC 120V, 60Hz with a maximum power for the fan at 120W / 120V / 1Amp and light at 100W.

The remote kit includes a receiver, and it is essential to set the same pin codes on both the transmitter and receiver before installation. There are 16 different combinations of pin codes, enabling the use of one remote to control multiple fans or multiple remotes to control one fan. It is important to note that 2 AAA batteries are required for the remote, and the dimming function should not be used with non-dimmable LED and CFL bulbs.

The universal fit of our product allows it to work with most ceiling fan lights, including Hunter and other AC fan brands.
